PICC Dressing Kit

We offer a sterile pack designed to prevent cross-infection of wounds and minimize the risk of contamination during dressing changes. This pack is suitable for medical procedures and examinations, primarily used for cleaning wounds and replacing dressings in patients who have experienced trauma.

Self-adhesive bandages are included in the pack. These bandages are easy to apply, offering a secure and sticky wrap. They serve to protect wounds, provide support to muscles, and can also effectively hold absorbent padding or ice packs in place.

The pack also includes absorbent padding, which serves various purposes such as padding underneath leg wraps, wound dressing, or as a pressure pad to control bleeding. Different formats of absorbent padding are available, including options like disposable diapers and roll cotton, commonly found in first aid kits.

Additionally, the pack can be customized to include additional items as per the specific requirements of our customers.

Optional Material Choices for Disposable Medical Caps:

1. Spunbond Polypropylene: Spunbond polypropylene is a commonly used material for disposable medical caps. It is a synthetic non-woven fabric that is breathable, lightweight, and provides adequate protection against contaminants. It is also cost-effective, making it a popular choice in healthcare settings.

2. SMS (Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond) Fabric: SMS fabric is a composite material composed of layers of spunbond polypropylene and meltblown polypropylene. It offers enhanced barrier properties compared to standard spunbond materials, making it suitable for situations where a higher level of protection is required.

3. Polyethylene (PE): Some disposable medical caps are made from polyethylene, a plastic material. Polyethylene caps are water-resistant and offer a protective barrier against fluids and contaminants. They are often used in situations where fluid resistance is crucial.
